1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User", "you", "your") and ws777 ("ws777", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the ws777 website at ws777.club and all associated betting, casino and gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ws777 Platform. Your continued use of ws777 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a ws777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register personal accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or agent of ws777, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino services are prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded from ws777 or have had a ws777 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

ws777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of ws777, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number (or valid email address), date of birth and payment details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one account. Holding multiple ws777 accounts is strictly prohibited. If ws777 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

ws777 accounts are strictly personal. Selling, transferring or assigning your ws777 account to any third party is prohibited. Any attempted transfer will render the account immediately void.

ws777 operates in PKR. Your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements and bonus amounts will all be denominated in Pakistani Rupees unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product or promotion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ws777 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be offered from time to time and will be displayed in your account dashboard.

• Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your ws777 account within minutes of a successful transfer being confirmed.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for a corresponding deposit and to the account registered in your name. ws777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in PKR. No foreign exchange conversion will be performed. Any bank or wallet charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Fraudulent Transactions: ws777 reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where fraudulent, disputed or charged-back payment transactions are identified. ws777 will co-operate fully with relevant authorities in such circumstances.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ws777 — whether on cricket, PSL fixtures, live sports markets, live casino table games or slot products — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the ws777 system, except where an explicit cash-out feature is available and active for that specific market.
• ws777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or palpable pricing errors. A palpable error is a price that is manifestly incorrect given the true state of the market at the time of placement.
• All casino game outcomes — for live dealer table games — are determined by physical dealing actions captured on live studio cameras. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. ws777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• ws777 PSL cricket odds and all live betting markets are updated in real time. It is your responsibility to confirm odds before placing a bet. Delays in your device's network connection may result in your bet being accepted at a different price than initially displayed.
• ws777 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any account, market or event at its sole discretion, including where betting patterns suggest matched betting, arbitrage or any form of systematic exploitation of pricing.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ws777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with ws777 systems.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion in connection with any event offered for betting on ws777.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using ws777 as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing ws777 employees or support agents in any communication channel.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ws777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes and the ws777 Black Diamond VIP loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will state its applicable wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your ws777 account in PKR and may only be used on the ws777 Platform.
• ws777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to forfeit a bonus if it determines that the offer was exploited in a manner contrary to its spirit or these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, device or IP address.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ws777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design — is the intellectual property of ws777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform or create derivative works from any ws777 content without prior written authorisation from ws777.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to the ws777 brand, trademark or any ws777 intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ws777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

ws777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. ws777 will not be liable for losses sustained as a result of any such interruption.

ws777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your deposit balance held in your ws777 account at the time the claim arises.

10. Responsible Gaming

ws777 is committed to responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its users seriously. By using ws777 you acknowledge that:

• Gambling on ws777 involves real financial risk and you may lose money.
• You are gambling voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.
• You are 18 years of age or older.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of ws777 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under ws777's regulatory framework.
